Clarity for people starting out
I explain concepts through familiar situations, without assuming prior knowledge of the tools.
For events with a non-technical audienceI bring AI to the stage with practical examples and questions for the audience. I build the talk around your audience.
What do you want to offer the audience?
I start with small business tasks and the questions of people deciding where to invest time and resources.
My name is Fabrizio Mazzei. I’m based in Bari and I bring artificial intelligence to events, conferences and company meetings. I shape each contribution around the audience, the topic and the programme.
Ten years in digital marketing and data analysis, three of them in London and Brussels.
I’ve used artificial intelligence every day since 2022, starting with my own work. I design tools and automations, use them in practice and draw on that experience when I explain AI.
I’ve spoken about AI and small businesses at Kaleidoscope, leadership at AIESEC Alumni Italia, and career choices at Sapienza University. I teach on Carriere.AI and wrote the Italian book «Lavora Meglio con l’Intelligenza Artificiale».

Companies and organizations I've worked with as an employee or freelancer.

Talent GardenAI may be new to your audience or something they already work with. I choose the depth, examples and interaction to suit the people attending.
I explain concepts through familiar situations, without assuming prior knowledge of the tools.
For events with a non-technical audienceI choose examples connected to the work, professions or studies of the people attending.
An approach shaped around your eventI develop the topic with the organiser, taking account of the other speakers and the discussion you want to open.
Keynotes, talks, panels and company eventsI use questions, choices and comparisons to bring people’s thinking into the open. I make room for the doubts that help move the discussion forward.
Interaction agreed before the eventI can build a small game, simulation or tool around the topic. When the format allows it, the audience makes a choice and sees what changes.
Like the game I developed for my Sapienza guest lectureI agree on slides, references and resources to help people continue exploring the topic. I prepare them with what participants can return to afterwards in mind.
Content and reuse arrangements agreed togetherI’ve brought AI to events on work in small and medium-sized businesses, professional conferences and universities. Each setting calls for a different approach and examples.

At the AIESEC Alumni Italia national conference, I explored the relationship between AI, leadership and people’s choices.
I can speak about AI applications, systems and agents, marketing, skills and career choices. Here are some possible topics and examples of the approach I can take.
Which part of your work would you give to AI tomorrow morning?
I start with the tasks that fill the day, comparing what can be delegated with what needs judgement, context and responsibility.
A task map built together with the audience.
If you already have an idea, note it here. The summary becomes a starting point for our call.
Which part of your work would you give to AI tomorrow morning?
It helps me to know people’s roles, familiarity with AI and questions they bring.
Have a different topic in mind? Tell me on the call. I’ll assess how it connects to my expertise and your event programme.
From a keynote to an audience conversation, I help you choose a format that fits the programme. Select one to see how I can contribute.
In this excerpt, I explain how to use company documents to prepare presentations and tailored materials with AI. The recording is in Italian, with English subtitles.
I’m based in Bari and speak at events in Puglia, where being nearby makes it easier to work with organisers. Tell me who will attend, how the topic fits into the programme and which questions you want to open. I build the talk and examples from there.
For events elsewhere in Italy, I agree on travel around the programme and availability. I allow for arrival, a technical check and a conversation with the host. If I bring a demo or interactive activity, I work with the technical team to make it easy to follow and use.
For webinars and hybrid events, I adapt the pace and materials for people watching on a screen. I agree with the moderator on questions, the platform and a technical rehearsal. The proposal also covers travel, recording and any reuse of the talk.
I start with the audience and the programme. I prepare the thread of the talk, the examples and any interactive moments, then refine them with the organiser and host.

I ask who will attend, how much they use AI and why you’ve chosen it for your event. The same question can call for very different examples.
I connect my topic to the programme and the other speakers. I decide what to explain, which examples to use and where to open the discussion.
Slides, demos and audience questions support the topic. I check sound, screen and connection with the technical team and prepare a fallback for demonstrations.
I agree on time for questions and discussion. When the format allows, I bring the audience’s examples and doubts into the talk.
My fee also reflects the preparation before I step on stage. Explore the options, then we can agree on the content, format and organisation.

Resolution 7/2026 of the Bolzano Chamber of Commerce sets a ceiling of €4,900 net for keynote speakers commissioned by the Chamber and IRE. This is the institution’s maximum, not a minimum fee or market average. Actual fees may be lower, with increases allowed in specific cases.
Bolzano Chamber of Commerce, keynote feesIts editorial guide to the Italian events market gives €5,000–25,000 for an established Italian keynote speaker at national level. This reference concerns established profiles and central programme slots; it is an editorial indication.

Choose a day and time. Tell me about your event, your audience and the topic you have in mind. We’ll discuss what I can contribute, the format and availability.
Yes. I design AI systems and automations and teach courses and workshops built around teams’ activities. A talk explores a theme with the event audience; process work or hands-on practice follows a dedicated project or training path.
I start from audience, core question and programme. I propose an angle and examples, then we agree what to deepen and what to leave to other talks.
Yes. I pick recognisable situations and explain the steps needed to follow examples. First I need the starting level of the room.
I can evaluate it when it helps the theme. We agree case, tools and tech requirements first, plus a fallback if connection or services fail.
Length follows the programme and Q&A space. The proposal separates my talk time from discussion, demo and any practical activities.
I live in Bari and have spoken in Rome and Vasto. We agree venue, mode and calendar before confirming availability.
I can evaluate the theme and the contribution you ask for with other guests. Knowing the question and who moderates helps. I do not claim prior panelist or moderator roles.
We agree materials, recording and reuse first. If I prepare resources for the audience, I define what and where.
Theme, prep work, format, length, travel and recording or reuse rights. The first conversation defines these.
Ask about topics, formats and how I prepare a contribution for an event like yours.
