I teach people to clarify their goal, context and constraints before asking AI for a result.
e.g. emails, instructions, document analysisBring AI into your team’s work. We’ll try it together on the tasks you do every day.
The notes are there. The report still takes too much work.
I start with notes and documents, showing how to select information and turn it into a summary suited to its readers.
The team learns to prepare reports and minutes, separate facts from assumptions and check what is missing.
I prepare examples, exercises and materials for the tasks we choose together.
My name is Fabrizio Mazzei. I’m based in Bari and I teach people and teams how to use artificial intelligence at work. I build training around the tasks they need to do and the tools available to them.
Ten years in digital marketing and data analysis, three of them in London and Brussels.
I’ve used artificial intelligence every day since 2022, starting with my own work. I design tools and automations, use them in practice and draw on that experience when I explain AI.
I teach online, run internal sessions and prepare company workshops. I’ve also brought this approach to a university guest lecture and my Italian book «Lavora Meglio con l’Intelligenza Artificiale».

Companies and organizations I've worked with as an employee or freelancer.

I teach people to clarify their goal, context and constraints before asking AI for a result.
e.g. emails, instructions, document analysisI show how to go back to the sources, spot fabricated information and recognise when an answer needs reworking.
e.g. cited figures, missing steps, conclusionsI guide the team in using AI to read, compare and organise the material they need for their work.
e.g. reports, spreadsheets, minutes and proceduresI start with the audience and the message, then work with the group to turn raw material into finished content.
e.g. slides, summaries and client materialsI use exercises and prototypes to show how a single prompt can become a structured task.
e.g. research, websites and small AI toolsI agree on instructions and materials that help people repeat the work and discuss their results.
e.g. annotated examples and reusable checklistsI teach on Carriere.AI, prepare company workshops and have brought AI into university teaching. I adapt the activities to the people and the time we have together.

I start with a task, show the steps and make room for questions. I guide people as they explore how to use the tools in their own work.
I designed and delivered an internal AI training programme for over 40 people. Each session started with a real challenge: preparing a presentation, analysing tickets, building an automation or creating a browser extension for a specific task.
For each session, I prepared materials and instructions to try straight away. I then collected over 100 prompts in a shared library, so people could revisit the steps and apply them to their own work.
Choose a task and add instructions. See how the prompt changes, copy it and try it in the tool you use.
Start with a vague request. Add instructions and see it become more precise.
Make a report from these notes. Source material: [paste an example you can share here]
Add the remaining 6 instructions to complete the exercise.
I can work with a department, a group with mixed experience or the people leading a team. The format depends on the task to learn and the time you want to give to practice.
I’m based in Bari and work mainly with companies in Bari and Puglia. Visiting your workplace helps me get to know the people, see the tools they use and understand where they struggle. I use that conversation to prepare exercises around the team’s tasks.
For companies elsewhere in Italy, I arrange travel around the training programme. We can prepare online and use our time in person for practice and review. I agree on goals, participants, access and materials beforehand so we can make good use of our time together.
With a distributed team, I can combine shorter online sessions with in-person work. I share my screen, follow the exercises and return to questions raised between sessions. The proposal sets out the schedule, available materials and any travel costs.
I deliver AI training in your offices, on your cases, across Italy or online. We build the program on your work, not a one-size calendar.
You bring cases, I bring structure. Few slides, lots of practice, and everyone leaves with something they'll reuse on Monday. We work with generative AI directly on your files.
A catalog course has a date, a price, and the same agenda everywhere. An in-company workshop starts from your email, reports, and customers. That's why it works better, and why results stick.
Before opening any tools, I need to understand what people do. I then prepare exercises and criteria we can use to review the work together.

I gather examples, assess people’s experience and check which tools are available. Before preparing the sessions, I work with you to identify where an exercise will help.
I demonstrate the steps and guide people as they try. I compare prompts and results so everyone can follow the reasoning.
We return to the sources, look for errors and identify what needs rewriting. Convincing text also needs to stand up to scrutiny.
I agree on reusable materials and further sessions if needed. I revisit the difficulties that emerge as the team applies the method in everyday work.
I help you compare workshops, full days and longer programmes. I then prepare a proposal based on the group, exercises and materials needed.
Each choice updates the estimate and the indicator.

Choose a day and time. Tell me who you want to train, how you use AI today and what you want to be able to do afterwards. I’ll explain where I’d start and how I’d structure the training.
Yes. I design company AI systems and automations and prepare talks for events, conferences and associations. If training reveals a need for a system, we agree that project’s scope. For an event, I adapt the theme, examples and interaction to its audience.
I gather starting level and activities first. Then I plan a shared part and differentiated exercises. If the gap is wide, I propose distinct groups or moments.
Yes. I can build the session around a bounded task such as drafting a document, reading a table or shaping a presentation. We agree goal and materials first.
Goals, participant roles, available tools and an activity sample. For exercises we agree usable data and remove what must not be shared. I can prepare a teaching example when internal files are not appropriate.
I check accounts and needed features first. Free and paid plans change, so I state requirements for the agreed exercises. I do not assume everyone must buy the same plan.
The proposal states what I leave with the team: instructions, commented examples and a control checklist when agreed. Recordings, digital access and follow-up are scoped separately.
We can agree a check on the chosen activity, comparing start and final work with explicit criteria: recognised errors, result quality and ability to repeat steps. Lasting time savings also need a check after the session.
Goals, headcount and level, exercise prep, delivery mode and materials. On the free call I gather these. I do not quote a price before the work is defined.
I can evaluate a linked path, revisiting activities and friction that emerged. If you need to build a system or integrate tools, we define that project scope separately.
Ask how I prepare training, which tasks we can work on and what we need to get started.
